Swan Executive Search is a niche consultancy specializing in Executive Search and Corporate Headhunt on behalf of a number of Blue-chip corporate clients in South Africa.  Strong relationships have been forged over many years through Senior Management, Human Resources, and Directors within a select group of Multi-national companies.  For the most part, we handle client accounts on a national level; however primarily the focus area would be Head Office appointments at Upper-middle Management, Senior/Executive Management, and Directorate.

Swan Executive Search is headed by Graham Swan who has specialized in senior executive Affirmative Action / Equity appointments from outset of operations within the Executive Search/ corporate Headhunt field.  Whilst ‘Equity’ appointments are a particular field of specialization; operations are not restricted thereto.

Swan Executive Search / Graham Swan utilizes very specific and unique research methodologies; and furthermore relies on ‘networking’ as opposed to advertising positions/ vacancies in the traditional media channels.  From the outset of operations, all networking has been is undertaken on a model termed ‘Compensation-Based-Networking’.  Over many years, networking ‘partners/alliances’ have been firmly established; and the network contact base constantly and rapidly expands; thus allowing Swan Executive Search to be amongst the most proficient in securing the ‘right candidate’ within the shortest possible timeframes.
